Here’s the qualifications we are looking for:** **Key Qualifications** + Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. + Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. + Must be at least 18 years old. **Preferred Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + Tile Installation experience. + Tile saw or hand tool experience, preferred. + Hand dexterity to manipulate small parts with accuracy. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately. + Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment. **Additional Requirements** + **Physical Capability** : Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 - 50 pounds.
