Manufacturing Engineer – Finish Surface Treatments

Your responsibilities will include:

Develops manufacturing methods and procedures, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilizationCreate and execute validation activities for manufacturing equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ)Studies operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilitiesEnsures the maintenance of labor and equipment capacity modelsFormulates complex sampling procedures and designs special or ad hoc forms and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reportingApplies advanced statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standardsApplies verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports and presentations both internally and with customersPerforms analytical problem solving and utilizes structured decision-making skills

Qualification:

Engineering degree preferred or Diploma in a technical matter; Chemical Engineering is a plus or Mechanical and Automation EngineeringPreferred 2 – 5 years of working experience in industrial environment, medical device or pharma preferredExperience in high regulated environment (knowledge of standard such as ISO13485, GAMP 5)Preferred proven experience in Surface treatments as Anodizing, Electropolish, Tumbling, BlastingAbility to utilize oral communication, presentation and technical writing skills to accomplish departmental goals and objectivesAbility to work with multi skilled teamFluent to communicate in Italian and EnglishUses MS Office, SAP, Agile and Windchill are a plusMaster Data
