You’ll make an impact by:Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and waste reduction within the manufacturing environment.Participate in lean manufacturing projects, including value stream mapping, 5S, standard work development, and continuous flow initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and drive operational excellence.Support data collection and analysis efforts to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress.Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control measures to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.Support ongoing projects and initiatives to streamline production processes and optimize resource utilization.Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau would be an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control methods in manufacturing.Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWilling to do full time internship at the workplaceTo be located in Pulomas, east Jakarta
