Manufacturing Engineer
If you are a Manufacturing Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will work on an engineering team which provides support and development of final assembly processes for Differential Pressure Level Products. This role will also involve launching new products, supporting engineering tasks, improving processes, and working on various engineering projects, including automated systems implementation. The role requires collaboration with different functional groups and sites to develop innovative solutions for better customer service as well.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Apply technical expertise, commensurate with formal training and limited job experience, in the development of products and/or processes Design and/or develop manufacturing processes and techniques and help solve manufacturing problems. Recommend design changes to reduce costs, improve quality and increase product performance. Solve production problems and lead discrepant material reviews.  Interact on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters Develop and coordinate equipment requirements for assigned projects Develop procedures including process flows and work instructions Prepare detailed plans, generally spanning several months, necessary to complete assigned projects Utilize tools and skills to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and drive a project to successful conclusion Who You Are: You identify and seize new opportunities. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $65,000-$81,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.​
