Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: + Submit ECR's . + Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs) . + Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI) . + Generate TMO's . + MRR’s work plan . + Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing . + Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: + Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes. + Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification). + Desired assembly processes knowledge. + Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry. + English spoken and written (80% advanced). + Catia V4 & V5. + Smarteam. + CAS/Solumina. + Autocad. + MS project. + Power BI and additive manufacturing.
