Job Description

We are the electronic heart of Bosch and the future of e-mobility. We coordinate more than 20 plants worldwide, from Malaysia to Mexico and from Hungary to Germany. With our production network we help shaping the transformation to a sustainable mobility with efficient and high-performance semiconductors and control units. We are the drivers behind increasing automation through AI, connectivity and the electrification of vehicles.
Our team in the Central Finance and Controlling Department of Mobility Electronics consolidates data from our worldwide production and development network and processes the information to steer our business and enable top management to make sustainable decisions.

During your internship you will work in the team Controlling Process Excellence and take part in various projects on process optimization, digitalization, and data management.Beyond controlling, you will gain insights into various cross-functional business processes in the Mobility Sector of Bosch.All figures and related processes come together in our department. You will act as an interface between our international manufacturing network for electronic control units, various central departments, and internal customers.We offer challenging and diverse tasks and, in combination with our open feedback culture, we will leave room for your personal development.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Informatics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparableExperience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office and Power BI; good basic knowledge of project management, agile working methods, process management, and SAP Signavio is an advantagePersonality and Working Practice: you proactively seek solutions, structure your work independently, excel at collaborating in teams, have a high IT affinity and are eager to learn new skillsWork Routine: hybrid model (work flexibly from your home in Germany and at the Bosch location in Reutlingen)Enthusiasm: for controlling topicsLanguages: fluent in English, German proficiency is an advantage

Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
