Make an Impact as a Managing Consultant, Advisors Program Management

As a Managing Consultant, you will support a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change or initiative with significant impact on the organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity and ensuring the successful delivery of key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. The role will require working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and leadership to define and deliver solutions that drive business value.

•\tCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
•\tDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
•\tLead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for new and existing systems, applications, and processes.
•\tAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
•\tDevelop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
•\tPropose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
•\tCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
•\tCreate detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
•\tCollaborate with the development team to configure the platform and create solutions. Provide detailed business analysis support to build robust solutions with a great user experience.
•\tProficient in using data analysis tools and business intelligence software. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and knowledge of API orchestration is a plus.
•\tParticipate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
•\tExperience with Agile ways of working and / or as a scrum master is a plus
•\tEffectively leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized solutions for client
•\tExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to direct workstreams across large multi-faceted project teams
•\tStrong writer, presenter and speaker, comfortable and ability to influence at all levels in an organization. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to frame the customer’s opportunity in financial terms i.e. value quant, estimate effort and scope
•\tAble to use own initiative, develop solutions or adapt approaches to support the delivery of defined objectives and benefits.
•\tFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
•\tAssist in the creation of training materials, user guides, and documentation for end users.
•\tProvide post-implementation support, ensuring the smooth transition of solutions into production.
•\tAble to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

All About Your Education & Skills
•\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
•\tCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related certifications preferred.
•\t7+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•\tProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•\tAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•\tExperience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
•\tKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
•\tExposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred
•\tComfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
•\tAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
•\tProficiency in tools such as MS Visio, JIRA and Confluence.
•\tKnowledge of data architecture, database management, and experienced with a wide array of data analytics tools and technologies will be advantageous.
•\tWillingness to travel
