As a Portfolio Comms Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying brand and portfolio strategies in alignment with our South East Europe (SEE) region. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective execution of our marketing initiatives, preparing well-rounded omni-channel communication strategies, and leading local creative agency relationships.

Your ‘Day to Day’:

·       Lead the in-market product portfolio roadmap for new product portfolio, including preparing the portfolio strategy and initiatives roadmap in collaboration with the SEE cluster team.

·       Ensure approval from key stakeholders and adherence to processes.

·       Develop local market deployment plans and monitor ongoing developments and changes.

·       Lead all aspects of the performance of all portfolio initiatives, including limited editions, from planning to launch and post-launch.

·       Implement global consumer segmentation locally and leverage insights and analytics to identify specific consumer needs.

·       Build and define consumer propositions based on segment needs and the product portfolio roadmap.

·       Recommend promotion and pricing strategies in agreement with Finance and the SEE team to optimize commercial performance.

·       Handle consumer value throughout the entire journey, driving increased value per consumer and reducing costs through targeted propositions, pricing, discounts, channel promotions, and incentivization.

·       Participate in commercial programs, projects, and initiatives from idea generation to go-to-market (GTM), ensuring consumer segmentation is applied across all activities to maximize value generation for offline and online channels.

·       Define online and offline content strategies with the SEE Team, ensuring consistency in style, quality, tone of voice, and optimization for search and user experience.

·       Uphold and enhance the brand's voice and identity in all communications, monitoring audience feedback for strategy refinement.

·       Support SEE functions on required projects.

·       Ensure integrity and compliance by following PM policies and procedures, maintaining equipment and property in good condition, and adhering to EHS policies.

·       Advocate for safety and compliance, reporting all incidents regardless of magnitude.

·       Ensure all activities align with the PM Marketing Code and Code of Conduct, advising retail to meet legal requirements regarding smoking prevention.

Who We’re Looking For:

·       University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

·       7+ years of professional business experience.

·       Experience in managing a team and developing strategy for a wide product portfolio.

·       Strong consumer-centric approach with experience in translating consumer insights into action.

·       Project management skills and experience with agile ways of working.

·       Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

·       Proficiency in the local language and English.
