What will I be doing?
As a Manager On Duty., you are responsible for ensuring efficient operations of Food and Beverage outlets and the Front Desk to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Manager On Duty. will also be required to monitor the appearance and standards of team members. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality\nManage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nBeing a hotel ambassador: being visible and available to guests and team members.\nEnsure all outlets are staffed according to business levels\nLeading by example, maintaining proper behavior at all times in accordance with the company's values and code of conduct.\nCommunicate any operational issues to the involved team members, as well as follow up on the situations that arise and the solutions provided.\nConduct a tour of the various hotel areas during the designated Shift Management hours.\nMonitor the good condition of the areas, primarily focusing on order and cleanliness, ensure the proper conduct of team members, guarantee excellent service to our clients and guests, verifying that service sequences are carried out correctly and that safety and emergency protocols are followed, if necessary\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrevious experience as a Duty Manager\nPrevious experience at Supervisory level\n\n
