As a Manager of Customer Delivery Management, you will be responsible for the leadership of the team and for managing service delivery in the banking and retail sector. The main objective is to ensure seamless service delivery, manage client contracts and optimize performance to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Focus on customer satisfaction, effective service management and cost optimization.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS MANAGER OF CUSTOMER DELIVERY MANAGEMENT?
You will act as the main contact person for clients and ensure effective communication between the customer and internal teams (technical support, logistics, sales department) You will monitor SLA and key performance indicators, analyzing service performance and implementing quality improvement measures You will ensure rapid response to operational issues, negotiate solutions with customers and coordinate internally to minimize the impact on operations You will maintain information on the installed base You will be responsible for service invoicing, forecast of income and costs for future periods You will oversee financial management and cost optimization- responsibility for P&L of a specific customer, monitor costs and find opportunities for more efficient operations You will be managing projects – installation of ATM, ATS, smaller support projects according to customer requirements You will act as a leader of a CDM, project managers and supportive roles and you will coordinate activities between individual departments
WHAT EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
You have experience with the management of small teams (around 10 members) You can implement strategies from crises management You are experienced with customer-facing roles You can cover multiple projects You have fluent or native communication in Czech language (at least C1 level) You have fluent business communication in English language (at least B2 level)WILL YOU FIT IN?
You can clearly communicate, negotiate and present information You are able to build strong relations within internal teams as well as external customers You are willing to work from the office 2 or 3 times per weekNICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT NECESSARY)
Understanding of software solutions and IT knowledge Experience with deployment of services and solutions Ability to manage logistic activities
