Act as the primary contact on all Talent and Culture matters in the company headquarters, to establish and implement talent and culture strategies and initiatives and enhance operations efficiency in the office.
Work closely with corporate division heads to influence and steer talent and culture strategies, and deliver professional services that align with and support business objectives
