Title and Summary
Manager, Product ManagementOverview:The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) organization in Europe. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Data, Analytics and AI, Business Experimentation and Enterprise & Credit Risk. This team is accountable for ensuring Europe portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
Role:
This regional role focuses on strategy and operations for a subset of the entire product suite (Advanced Analytics). Responsibilities include:
•\tAssist with the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our suite of solutions
•\tFocus on credit risk, merchant analytics,1-many solution suite, and non-traditional segments to grow Services non-traditional business and maximize revenue potential
•\tDeliver on go to market strategy by working with product teams to ensure product readiness, and with markets to ensure opportunity generation
•\tCreate and implement strategies to assist with growing Advanced Analytics solutions by addressing customer needs
•\tEstablish cross functional collaboration across Advanced Analytics, Business & Market Insights, Regional Services team and the broader organization to execute on key strategies
•\tConduct data analysis to support decision-making and make actionable recommendations, especially supporting sales team with identifying cross-selling/upselling opportunities
•\tBundle services to ensure value maximization
•\tEnsure close collaboration with performance analytics track in client services ensuring high quality delivery of key services
•\tConduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product narratives, product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making
•\tDevelop and implement plans to enhance operational effectiveness
•\tMonitor and analyse customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies

•\tExperience with SQL or other data languages
•\tPast consulting experience is a big plus
•\tProficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – with focus on creating compelling value stories
