We’re looking for a bold and visionary Manager of Marketing Excellence to lead one of the most strategically wide-ranging and influential roles within our marketing organization at Mondelēz México.

This position integrates three critical pillars of our marketing function: Innovation, Marketing Communications, and Culture & Marketing Capabilities. With this broad and connected scope, the role acts as a catalyst between business strategy, consumer centricity, creative excellence, and team development—becoming a key driver of brand growth and marketing transformation.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid track record across multiple marketing disciplines, along with the ability to translate brand equity and innovation strategies into business impact—while inspiring and empowering a high-performing marketing team.

How you will contribute.

You will:

Lead the Marketing Excellence strategy, ensuring synergy and integration across innovation, communication, and capability building.

Shape and deliver the annual capability agenda, helping teams elevate their strategic, creative, and executional excellence.

Translate consumer and cultural insights into powerful brand equity strategies that drive relevance, growth, and long-term impact.

Partner with cross-functional, regional, and global stakeholders—including the Global Marketing Excellence and Innovation teams—to develop robust innovation pipelines, optimize marketing investments, and strengthen our consumer-centric mindset.

Lead and coach a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative, agile, and purpose-driven culture within the broader marketing organization.

You will bring:

10+ years of holistic marketing experience, including roles in brand management, innovation, communications, and/or capability development.

Strategic thinking with the ability to connect multiple marketing disciplines into a unified and compelling growth vision.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build capabilities and lead transformation.

Excellent influencing and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

A consumer-obsessed mindset and a strong track record of delivering marketing excellence at scale.

Job specific requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated success in driving integrated marketing and innovation agendas.Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or similarly dynamic, consumer-led industries.Regional or cross-market experience is a strong plus.
