Job Title: Manager, GOE SHE Americas City: São Paulo, Brazil Work Model: Hybrid Clevel: Band G As a Manager, GOE SHE Americas you will be responsible for driving and supporting the implementation and sustainability of Process Safety Management (PSM) activities across the Americas region. You will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and strengthening process safety competence within the region. This position requires close collaboration with site-based Process Safety managers and experts, global Process Safety Directors, regional SHE program managers, local specialists, and occasionally external consultants. Success in this role relies on sound judgment and the ability to deliver consistent, practical, and effective solutions aligned with business needs and safety standards. Your key responsibilities + Work with core PS group in DSM-FIRMENICH to help define PS strategy at global and regional level towards strengthening existing programs to achieve their full capability or initiate/support new program, and participate as an internal and industry resource in PS profession. + Focal point for DSM-FIRMENICH in Americas (with focus in Latin America) region for Process Safety advice and expertise + Provide all parts in DSM-FIRMENICH in Americas with access to PS expertise and maintain hands on service, either on request of local organization or initiated by BU or Group. + Support (including but not limited to) the execution of Process Risk Assessments (CHA, PHA, ERA,..Etc..), PS quick scans and consequence. Advice on allocation and re-design, safety provision for risk mitigation will also be given. + Support the Americas region with incident investigation and peer-peer audits/SHE reviews . + Coach and train stakeholders in the field of Process Safety You Bring + Educational level: Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial, Technical, Chemical Engineering.
