Manager, Business Analytics
Job Scope:The Manager, Analytics is a key leadership role at Liberty Hardware, responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business performance, improve customer experience, and support long-range planning. This leader will guide a team of analysts and serve as a proactive, cross-functional partner across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strategic thinking to ambiguous challenges, and communicates effectively across all levels.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Business PartnershipLead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.Partner with senior leaders to provide insight and clarity when data is uncertain or evolving.Align analytics efforts with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key departments.Navigate complex conversations while maintaining credibility and trust.Analytics Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and deliver strategic analytics initiatives to support business priorities.Apply advanced statistical, economic, and modeling techniques to uncover trends and forecast demand.Support long-range planning (LRP) with timely, data-driven insights.Anticipate and address gaps in data clarity—especially with key partners like Lowe’s.Data Visualization & Tools EnablementBuild and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and MicroStrategy.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business partners.Promote data literacy through training and resource sharing across the organization.Cross-Functional Impact & Strategic InfluenceAlign customer insights, market data, and demand planning for cohesive business strategy.Promote proactive, solutions-oriented thinking to shift analytics from reactive to strategic.Champion a “drive the bus” mindset—leading through influence and ownership.Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence.At least 1 year of experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of data visualization, analytics strategy, and statistical/economic modeling.Core Competencies:Ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.Skilled communicator—capable of engaging with both executives and peers.Emotionally intelligent, thoughtful, and proactive in approach.Strategic prioritization—focuses on business outcomes, not just tasks.Comfortable with ambiguity and solution-oriented in the face of challenges.Leads with humility, accountability, and a spirit of partnership.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
