**Processing Maintenance Planner (fulltime, 40 hours), this is your challenge**
Maintenance Planners have a vital role in managing and coordinating maintenance tasks within the factory to ensure efficient operations, their focus is to streamline routine maintenance procedures and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in working order, the goal is to ensure that the factory maintenance activities run smoothly and effectively.
As a Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will include maintenace work planning and scheduling, estimating costs, and ensuring the availability and the efficient use of resources.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to manage and coordinate the factory planned maintenace operations, Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about maintenance processes and equipment and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
As Processing Maintenance Planner you have the following responsibilities:
+ Respect and follow rules regarding safety, food safety, the environment and hygiene;
+ Participate and contribute to the maintenance team operational routines and take ownership for delevring departemnet KPI;
+ Proactively coordinate planned maintenance activities with all relevant external and internal stakeholders (3rd party service providers, maintenance team, production, supply chain, projects, quality, etc.);
+ Owner of the planning and scheduling routine, including follow-up, and monitoring work order completion and backlog;
+ Coordinate Maintenance activities for Maintenance Stop & Shutdowns with all stakeholder ( ex. Production, Projects and Supply Chain );
+ Optimize and improve the maintenace planning based on input from maintenace team.
As Processing Maintenance Planner you report to the Maintenance Processing Team Lead and you are part of the Engineering department of Nestlé Netherlands.
**What we are looking for in our Processing Maintenance Planner?**
+ Engineering Degree with a minimum experience in areas of engineering, maintenance, reliability in an industrial manufacturing environment;
+ Proven experience in maintenance planning and engineering;
+ Proven knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies;
+ Excellent communication in Dutch and English, team interaction and presentation skills;
+ The skills to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams;
+ Proven experience as a self-starter who effectively manages multiple tasks and achieves results with minimal supervision.
