As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you will mentor a team of maintenance professionals and will assist in planning and commencement of preventative maintenance and equipment projects. You will lend your exceptional technical knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, electrical systems, and hydraulics. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise contractors, and ensure optimal functionality of equipment and infrastructure. Given the critical nature of this role, paid overtime work will be needed.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Technical Training Certification in a relevant field is ideal.
5+ years' experience in mechanical maintenance, facilities maintenance, or similar within a manufacturing, industrial, or warehousing environment.
Previous leadership experience which may include team leadership, project management, or taking the lead on the installation/repair/maintenance of equipment and mentoring others.
Relevant maintenance experience such as plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, controls or PLCs, and other mechanical systems.
Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency with MS Office including general reporting with Excel and maintenance logs.
