Responsibilities: • Evaluates the breakdowns and defects occurred, the downtime, the consumption of spare parts, in order to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance, in accordance with the quality standards; • Participates in the creation of specifications for the machines in the area of responsibility, including pre-acceptance, acceptance. • Validates equipment at the launch into production (on the maintenance side) • Develop the preventive maintenance plan for all machines and equipment in the area of responsibility. • Plan the costs for the maintenance of all machines and equipment and forecast the consumption of spare parts. • Ensures the stock of spare parts for all machines and equipment. • Responsible for preparing the budget, tracking it and framing the expenses in the planned budget. • Supervises maintenance and repair activities performed by external contractors. Monitors the fulfillment of contractual obligations for external suppliers who perform maintenance activities for all machines and equipment in the area of responsibility. • Checks whether the works performed by both internal staff and those executed by external contractors fall within the technical and quality specifications. Supervises the workers under his subordination. • Plan and execute all the operations necessary for preventive maintenance for all machines and equipment in the area of responsibility. Prepares monthly analyzes for all machines and equipment in the section and finds solutions to improve maintenance indicators. Participates in the preparation of compliant documentation and supports the internal and external audit processes in the area of responsibility. Your Profile: • Experience on a similar position and industry – minimum 3 years • Technical bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of programmable automatic functionality / HMI devices / Sensors / Inverters / pneumatic electric / hydraulic drives and vision systems • Technical drawing knowledge • Knowledge of tolerances and dimensional control • Good communication, coordination, and team-work skills • Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written Be part of our ZF Lifetec team as Maintenance Engineer and apply now!
