Job Description

1. Project implementation support

Join in project team to implement Logistics cost clearance (LCC) project to new customers.Prepare master data and play as a key user for testing new setup in systems.Provide training and follow up LSP’s performance to make sure they follow aligned process.

2. Freight cost clearance operation

Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.Work in line with approved documentations to ensure that there is no unjustified transport cost approved for paymentCreate and update plant specific documents to be used for invoice verification processUse different systems which support Logistics cost clearance (LCC) processes and develop overall LCC knowledge that enables him/her to indicate process improvement opportunitiesResponsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with stakeholders and logistics service providersWorks cross-functionally with plants, entities, purchasing, logistics, finance, and accounting team internally as well as logistics service providers.Be a contact window for all topics related to logistics cost

3. Process improvement

Ensure billing & operating process compliant with central detective and guidelines from management teamBe entrepreneurial and creative in building the best-tailored solution to meet the requests from customers, Management, and pain points from daily workBe able to lead/work independently projects or assignments from management team to set up/improve new process

4. Reporting

Prepared KPI tree and report to customersAd hoc report as per requestsCost data analysis to share with plants or entities in case of spot rate/ad hoc shipment which happens frequently, Cost forecast for GB planning purpose.Other topics related to overall logistics and transportation as assigned by manager

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, etc.1 years-experience in business field (Supply Chain, warehousing, Import-Export is a plus)Fluent Korean or Japanese skillAble to communicate in EnglishStrong computer/systems skills like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, …Strong analysis and problem-solving skill.Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work with cross-functions. Project management experience is an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
