Logistics III

We’re looking for a Logistics III to join our team. As a Logistics III, your role will include unparalleled technical support for multiple clients, allowing them to experience the best support available within the industry. Responsibilities: + Provide day-to-day client support in relation to Paulsboro/Canada Operations. + Take ownership of ensuring we are delivering our products and services with a high level of quality while meeting our contractual commitments. + Be the main point of contact for the Customer and/or Account Team in relation to orders and responsible for handling any escalations or customer concerns from an Operations perspective. + Work with our Operational Management Team to help drive our serviceability metrics and ensure all shipments and deliveries are on time. + Identify and communicate any roadblocks or risks along with assisting the Paulsboro/Canada Operations with any support needed to successfully achieve our client’s goals. Qualifications: + Great Communication Skills (public speaking and in email) + Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel + Very organized and can multitask + Works well with orders and can managing activities / tasks **Wage Range** **:** The annual starting salary for this position is between **$48,000 – $60,000** annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** : The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 12 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually, which increases with seniority level), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA/HSA pre-tax benefits.
