Job DescriptionEnsure the fluent daily operation of warehouse and transport processes in Norrköping, SwedenCollaborate with warehousing and transport Logistics Service Provider, coordinate accordingly and serve as contact personEnter operations data and KPI in diverse software tools and perform analysesIntroduce and follow up measures in case of deviations from KPI's, ensuring implementation, checking sustainabilityResponsibility for administrative tasks (e.g. purchase orders, invoicing, inventory quality management, AXA-treatment, stock comparison, scrapping)Introduction of new business models and customer requirementsParticipation in the development of the warehouse processes within the logistics process landscapeParticipation in warehouse and transport tenders, award of contract and planning of Logistics Service Provider changesImplementation of process training at the external service providerApplication of CIP methodology for the continuous improvement of process qualityAct as a first point of contact for customer for warehouse topicsLocal process owner for warehouse management system (BOWAS)Drive possible automation and efficiency projects in the warehouseAbility to work as proxy for the Local Warehouse Manager during absenceQualificationsUniversity degree in the field of business, economics or equivalent educationProfound understanding of logistical processesAbility to work in an international teamConfident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providersStructural and analytical way of workingVery good communication skillsWork outcome-oriented mentalityGood knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS OfficeWillingness to travel (within working hours) to SwedenBusiness fluent in English (C1), Swedish language skills is an advantageAdditional Information► Competitive compensation package incl: salary, annual & performance bonus, cafeteria
