Your role and responsibilities*There will be a preference for a candidate in capacity to work under European time zone.*As Local Sales and Service Units (LSSU) Innovation Coordinator, you coordinate the collaborative work of subject matter experts, nominated from Local Sales & Service units and Global Divisions, to ensure that the outcomes are in line with the Divisional strategic objectives of the Innovation Program.Specifically, this role is focused on the engineered products and project business type (covering three divisions: Motion System Drives, Motion Traction and Motion Large Motors & Generators).To achieve its targets, this role cooperates with other Motion 2.0 Transformation network colleagues in the Divisions and in common functions and the main responsibilities will be the following: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create vision for Local Sales & Service Units (LSSU) operations for Engineered products and project business and define roadmap for transformation in cooperation with the Motion 2.0 Transformation network colleagues. Collect information about LSSU operations in engineered products and project business and collaborate to identify opportunities for improvement, coordinating actions to capture opportunities with effective implementation.Gather understanding of the current application roadmaps that impact the operations of LSSUs Globally and guide the network through the activities in process transformation, from current state to target state. Drive harmonization and definition of common template and processes for Sales operations and across Local Sales & Service Units and actively support utilization of standard functions or common Global solutions. Lead Local Sales & Service Units operations innovation aiming at1) Streamlined and harmonized processes across LSSUs2) Utilization of standard SAP S/4 Hana ERP features, creating future architecture for Local Sales & Service Units operations, including necessary integrations. Specifically, lead the creation of the SAP S/4HANA Template for the LSSUs, decreasing necessities for local applications and improving overall performance for Units of all sizes. Partner with Divisions in holding business ownership for Engineered products and project Customer Journeys and advocate customer requirements.Trigger solution design for LSSU operation processes for engineered products and project, maintaining business documentation in SAP Signavio Process Management in collaboration with Business Process Specialists. Validate & approve business process maps and documentation created in SAP Signavio Process Management for LSSU community and organize solution testing for LSSU common solutions and confirm results from solution testing.The role reports to the Sales Tools and Business processes head of the Large Motors & Generators Division and will pursue the above-mentioned targets in the framework of the Motion 2.0 Program.
