Your ‘day to day’
Team Leadership:
Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily management systems, in order to achieve sustainable performance results.Coordinate team manning in order to secure effective coverage on the production line.Coordinate the execution of shift daily direction setting, ensuring a proper handover between shifts, execution of shift and 90 days plan and replaces any team member on the operation of a production line.
Activities Coordination and Operation:
Coordinate the execution of shift daily direction setting, retrieve stops/MTBF from reporting systems, identifying the major causes of losses and establishing with the team a daily plan to improve performance.Ensure a proper handover between shifts, supporting team members on is execution.Follow-up and support shift and 90 days plan execution and their adherence.Support planned activities, namely preparation and follow-up of shift planned stops and change overs execution.Replace Line lead on DDS execution and decision-making process on his absence, including support to overall Business Unit escalation process on the shift.
Equipment Operation:
Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment and fix the minor quality and operational troubles in order to achieve/exceed the planned volume.Coordinate the execution of the required maintenance checks to ensure equipment basic condition.Follow-up on effective execution of daily management systems, ensuring a proper coordination with maintenance lead, team members and maintenance department to fix defects and execute maintenance routines.Promote and develop equipment ownership within the team.
Product/Process Quality:
Follow-up on compliance of process and product quality with Quality Management System, Product and manufacturing specifications.Track quality on daily basis, analyzing deviations and trends, identifying preventive and corrective actions.Perform Quality Trigger Score, involving and engaging team members on acting on a preventive way towards quality at first.Support overall team in terms of Materials Quality Assurance.
Data Integrity:
Performance control and Communication: Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor (PLC, MES, LES, MPA, MINT, SPA, etc.) in order to provide a source of feedback on processes performance and allow consequent analysis to be performed to meet reporting needs.Support Process Lead on data integrity and reports preparation about production losses.Ensure that all necessary information on production performance or other relevant business data are available on time and understood across the team and peers.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
Ensure regular review of implemented standards, daily management systems and practices, maintaining the importance of full adherence of the team to them.Promote a continuous improvement culture, by encouraging, facilitating and capturing proposals from team members on problem solving, to eliminate root causes of main losses, and other improvement or trouble shooting initiatives.Ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken and followed up if any deviation occurs and identify and implement opportunities for further performance enhancement.People management, people development and communicationEffectively manage and motivate the team to achieve the assigned line(s) business results.Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy.Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders through good communication, positive attitude and strong collaboration to enable the team to achieve the business result.Ensure the completion of the established training plan.
Sustainability (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality & Legal Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Sustainability (Safety, Health and Environment) and Quality rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation.As the incident elimination DMS owner, he/she has to review safety incident investigations to ensure the corrective actions are in place.Execute weekly DMSs health checks to identify gaps and constraints in the organization and implement appropriate countermeasures accordingly.
Who we’re looking for
Engineering or related technical degree 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing2 years experience in maintaining or operating equipmentKnowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPAKnowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantageBasic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.Knowledge and skills in applying lean production toolsEnglish proficiencyWhat we offer
