Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities:Develop and optimize the product portfolio (including SKUs, pricing, and positioning) for target regions by analyzing market demand, competition, and margins, and adapt global product roadmaps to local needs in alignment with global teams.Lead cross - functional coordination to launch ecosystem products (such as bundled solutions with PC/software partners) in target markets, and ensure seamless integration of peripherals with partner offerings (like gaming brands, OEMs).Identify key focus countries and priority retail channels through data - driven analysis of market size, growth, and the competitive landscape, then develop tailored retail activation plans, including shelf placement and promotions.Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers to secure shelf space and marketing support, and collaborate with retail partners on long - term joint business plans and short - term sales targets, such as seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with non - system BU, R&D, marketing, supply chain, and GEO teams to implement ecosystem strategies, and launch and execute joint projects with partners.Job Requirements:Have 5+ years of experience in business development, product management, or retail strategy, with experience in PC peripherals/consumer electronics being preferred.Demonstrate a proven track record of success in geo expansion, retail channel management, or ecosystem partnerships.Possess strong analytical skills, such as market sizing and retail sell - through data analysis, and be familiar with retail negotiation.Have excellent project management skills to drive cross - functional initiatives, and be fluent in English.
