Your mission, roles and responsibilities◾ Support of the teams (innovation, business, purchasing, marketing) for contractual matters with a focus on intellectual property contracts such as nondisclosure-, co-development-, IP consulting-, license-, service-, co-ownership- and infringement-related agreements
◾ Perform review and validation of contracts in collaboration with internal and external legal counsels
◾ Ensure follow-up, periodic synthesis and recording of contractual topics
◾ Improvement, update and creation of template of contract related to intellectual property rights
◾ Providing training on intellectual property rights, contract related to intellectual property rights and guidelines and best practices on these matters
◾ Master’s degree in International Law
◾ Good knowledge of contractual law and intellectual property law within an international environment
◾ Skills in communication and negotiation in a multicultural environment
◾ Fluent in English, other languages and in particular German is a plus.
◾ Great autonomy and capacity to adapt and work in a team
