**About the role**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our vibrant legal team at Reckitt. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their legal expertise. **Your responsibilities**
· Support the Marketing team by reviewing advertising materials, product packaging, promotional campaigns, and related consumer-facing content to ensure compliance with applicable advertising laws, consumer protection regulations, and internal brand guidelines.
· Participating in cross-functional meetings, helping the legal team provide pragmatic and business-oriented advice.
· Managing relations and communication with external law firms, notaries or competent authorities.
· Contributing to fostering a culture of compliance and doing the right thing, always, in line with Reckitt’s values.
· Helping to prepares materials for internal trainings and compliance initiatives, contributing to a culture of awareness and ethical business practices across different departments.
· Supporting legal research and help monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business.
· Support administrative legal tasks, such as updating contract databases, organizing files, and assisting with document management in accordance with internal procedures.
· Collaborate with colleagues across the Western Europe Legal team, gaining exposure to legal work in an international and multicultural setting.
· Becoming a strategic partner for the business in all Reckitt departments.
· Performing any other work-related duties and tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
**The experience we're looking for**
• Spanish-qualified lawyer;
• Final-year law master student or recent law graduate.
• Interest in corporate, commercial, marketing and competition law.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quick learning ability.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
• English/Spanish: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
• Catalan: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken)
• Portuguese: it is a plus
