We are currently on the lookout for a legal analyst to work closely with the Affiliate, Regional, and Operating Centre legal & compliance teams.  Your role will involve assisting Counsels with high-quality, business-centric legal analysis, drafting of basic and complex contracts, as well as corporate governance of our Mexican legal entities.

 

Your ‘day to day’
​​

​Help business drafting necessary contracts for day to day operation. ​Assist in implementing legal policies and procedures. ​Keep legal records and corporate governance up to date. ​Assist Counsels to analyze relevant information, draft key documents and participate in projects to achieve business top priorities.

 

Who we’re looking for

 

​​University Degree in Law.Proficient spoken and written English.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ​Strong interpersonal skills.​Attention to detail, proactivity and sound judgement. ​​Previous experience working with corporate law at a law firm, in-house consumer goods company or notary public.​
