Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior People Director , as a People Development Partner (Senior Manager), you will design, deliver, and manage impactful learning and development programs across the region. You will focus on executing initiatives that drive skills development, leadership growth, and a strong learning culture, according to our strategic priorities. You will collaborate with business leaders and the people team to support employee development while ensuring high-quality implementation of learning solutions. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role. Your primary responsibilities will include
Learning Strategy & Solutions:
Partner with regional people teams to understand skills development needs and align programs with business priorities.Contribute to the establishment of the annual learning strategy and roadmap.Lead regional people development initiatives, ensuring alignment with in-market strategy and capability needs.Maintain a strong internal network across capabilities, functions, and regions to support development efforts.Learning Design & Facilitation:
Diagnose, design, and facilitate engaging learning programs, workshops, and training sessions.Integrate external best practices, case studies, and learning resources into training content.Assess programs' effectiveness and use feedback to guide improvements.Leadership Development:
Help design and implement leadership development programs for line managers.Facilitate coaching and training to enhance leadership capabilities across the business.Establish an online resource library of learning pathways for new and existing leaders.Learning Culture:
Promote the use of learning technologies to enhance the employees' development experience.Partner with the regional people team to build annual training plans and structured learning campaigns.Establish and manage a global community of learning champions to help build learning plans.Qualifications6+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, and development partnering.Business English and Spanish proficiency.Expertise in providing training programs, workshops, and leadership development programs.Strong internal communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with learning tools, systems, and technologies.Experienced managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business needs.
