Your Tasks
· Responsible for managing quality, project and customer team;
· Responsible for monitoring customer indicators at a global level and communicating them within the factory and at an organizational level, leading cause analysis and corrective and improvement action plans, together with the other departments;
· Ensures and monitors the performance of all releases in order to comply with internal and customer APQP/PPAP requirements. Collaborates and supports customer visits for new releases ;
· Responsibility for ensuring the communication of specific customer requirements within the organization and working together with the rest of the quality, system and process team, and other departments to perform deviation analysis and develop appropriate action plans;
· Customer quality assurance managing customer interfaces including verification of incoming parts, analysis of non-conformities, failure analysis, meetings with customers, development and implementation of corrective or preventive actions;
· Ensure adequate planning and performance of client audits in accordance with specific client requirements and legal standards;
· Ensure compliance with the QRCM procedure and customer requirements regarding problem solving and incident response.
· Monitors customer satisfaction by conducting weekly follow-up of customer scores and periodic visits to customers to provide support;
· Perform all the necessary reports at the ZF, VN Plant or customer organizational level in which the customer indicators are monitored: NCT's, PPM, Score....
· Ensures VOC's interface with the entire VN Plant organization by communicating feedback, results and participating in continuous improvement;
· Represents the direct interface with the QKAM of each client, participating in meetings, monitoring of indicators and training;
Your Profile
· Degree in industrial engineering or similar in the industrial branch;
· Experience in the area of customer quality regarding processes, procedures, methods, tools and techniques;
· Experience in the automotive industry;
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Proficiency in French and Italian: preferred;
· Interpretation and knowledge of customer plans and standards (CSR) and systems (IATF 16 949 Specific Requirements);
· Knowledge of the product and production processes Product/process audits;
· Knowledge of FMEA legal regulations;
· Communication Skills;
· Negotiation skills;
· Leadership experience.
