Test resource (Human/Equipment) managementTest schedule/Status/Risk/Issue managementTest Readiness ReviewLead Function TEs to create and manage validation plan and test reportWork with peer LTEs on project Guide ODM/Supplier test communication and managementDefect management (Defect/Limitation Review)Lessons Learned Management, Optimization for server test process 

Background：

5 years+ Server development and test experience。Identify potential product weakness and be able to recommendations for improvements to subsequent redesigns. Knowledge of most system function and compatibility test areas. BIOS/BMC, OS, CPU, MEM, Storage, network, APPs, etc…Detail-oriented with attention to product quality. Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts for both internal and external. Ability to work under date-driven schedules.Negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent team leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Server project test management experience is a plus.Project management(PMP) is a plus.
