Are you ready to join Veramaris and be part of life-changing work? We are looking for a passionate Director Supply Chain to join our team in Delft. In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain & Customer Service Team within the Finance & Operations department at Veramaris. The contract will be with dsm-firmenich, one of Veramaris’ co-owners.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the Supply Chain and Customer Service Team, overseeing global supply chain processes and coordinating with the US-based logistics team.
+ Ensure future-proof design of algal oil logistics.
+ Define and implement end-to-end supply chain processes from production to final customers.
+ Set ambitious targets for Veramaris' global supply network setup according to industry-specific business trends and apply best practices.
+ Develop supply chain strategy in close alignment with Veramaris Business Development and Finance functions.
+ Keep projects related to supply chain and offer-to-cash processes on track and hit the expected goals.

+ Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 125.000 - € 150.000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.
**What You Bring:**
+ Proven leadership skills with cross-functional and multinational teams.
+ Knowledge of SAP processes and Supply Chain Planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP).
+ Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, problem-solving mentality, resilience, and ability to work independently and in a global team. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
+ Knowledge of export customs clearance processes.
+ Digital systems skills (including MS Excel, MS Teams).
+ Master’s degree in supply chain or industrial engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in an international B2B environment, preferably in the edible oil sector.
