Here in Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we collect all the needed regulatory information concerning our products into documents for dsm-firmenich customers, so they comply with applicable legislation worldwide.
As a documentation department you’ll get to know all dsm-firmenich products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ Collate and evaluate requests by Business Unit (BU), ensuring that the proper documentation is sent to internal and external customers, in time and in full compliance;
+ Prepare regulatory documentation ensuring that product’s compliance and high-quality standards are followed;
+ Use in-house data management systems to prepare regulatory documentation;
+ Prepare and validate Standard Operational Procedures;
+ Provide support and guidance to Regulatory Assistants and Technicians RA Documentation;
+ Participate and/or Lead Regulatory Projects.

**You bring**
• University Degree in one of the following areas: Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another related scientific field;
• 2-3 years expertise in Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the flavorings industry;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
• High level of English and Spanish, any other language will be a plus;
• Organized, service and data oriented person with sharp attention to detail;
• Strong sense of team spirit and great communication skills;
• Flexibility to support Business needs and to work during bank holidays.
