Building & Data Center Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesResponsible for sales of products/systems within assigned market for the Electrification products for Buildings segment in accordance with company strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.You will be mainly responsible for:•\tSales experience in building segment and strong relationship with developers is preferable.•\tDevelops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.•\tBuilding and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers and industry stakeholders.•\tInitiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and maintain sales leads and prospects.•\tUnderstands the underlying needs of the customer and identifies new business possibilities.•\tRuns the negotiations with the customer and moves the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.•\tContinuously assesses market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications, and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment.•\tFulfils the expected number of customer visits, logs the visits and communicates the results with the sales management team.•\tProviding pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to the customers.•\tLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications for the roleBSc. degree in Electrical Power.5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferable to be in similar field.Medium voltage and Low voltage switchgear experience is a plus.Having work experience in Salesforce is a big advantage.Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language. Proficiency in leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills.
