**Job Description:** JOB TITLE: Lead Quality Assurance REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Parkway Plano, TX 75075 DUTIES: Responsible for the design and development of various initiatives for AT&T’s customers and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels. Responsible for the performance of any/all functions involved in the quality assurance and test execution for new and existing applications and interfaces. Design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write, and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications. Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs, develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Responsible for E2E testing, which encompasses the entire customer experience including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service. Involves in migration and upgrade initiative of application on evolving technology stack. Participate in SDLC activities for software components deployed to on-premise and cloud environments. Contribute in building test automation capabilities to portfolio that leads reduction in cycle time on regression and finding issues early in development cycle. Utilize TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins. Utilize JIRA, Quality Centre, GIT, Katalon and Selenium Automation. Utilize Java APIs, Restful web services, and JavaScript. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins; utilizing JIRA, Quality Centre, GIT, Katalon and Selenium Automation; and utilizing Java APIs, Restful web services, and JavaScript.
