Within the Product Leadership Organization, the Lead Product Manager will be responsible to identify, optimize and maintain the Pumping Solutions Costing Systems and Tools under accurate control to achieve, keep or enhance the competitiveness of the existing and future product portfolio. Strong and effective interactions with supporting functions and commercial teams are essential to fulfill the main task assigned; short, mid and long term.
As Lead Product Manager, you will be focused on the following activities:
Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectivesIntegrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organizationBe involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategyDeveloping a year plan for its own departmentDiscussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of workingContributing to plan of larger unit and communicating across direct organizationPresenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy; Diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processesFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of experience in Product ManagementAt least 6 years of experience in rotating equipment industry or rotating equipment users companiesit is preferred background as Product Engineer, System Engineer or Product ManagerBe able to work in EUWork in a way that works for you
