Lead Formulation Technician (PDS Suite 3, C-Shift) - 12hr. Nights

This role is critical in ensuring the flawless operation of our manufacturing processes, emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency. If you are looking to compete in a dynamic environment and successfully implement innovative solutions, this is the opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure operations are performed safely, targeting an injury-free workplace. + Coordinate and motivate personnel to meet GMP requirements. + Develop and implement action plans based on logical assumptions and factual information. + Plan and drive work routines to ensure quality products and schedule adherence. + Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely maintenance. + Champion teamwork to promote knowledge and skill growth. + Manage data entry into SAP system. + Lead the On the Job Training (OJT) program and area safety initiatives. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 3+ years of Steriles manufacturing experience. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Proven ability to excel in a team environment. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. + General mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge. + Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency. + Ability to work under pressure and multi-task. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch periodically for prolonged periods. + Manipulate weights of 25-50 pounds, occasionally pushing or pulling more than 100 pounds. + Visual acuity for prolonged computer and equipment use. + Ability to sit, reach, talk, and hear for prolonged periods. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonuses, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
