Job Responsibilities1. Lead technical discussion with drive/electronics sustaining activities for variable speed compressor and fixed speed compressors. Define drive change request and technical description of detailed requirement. Communicate effectively to drive suppliers, as we as all internal stakeholders.
2. Manage compressor electronic product sustaining activities, product change and quality, discuss with suppliers.
3. Define appropriate DQ (Design and qualification) plan and execution for drive and electronics module changes.
4. Support compressor drive and electronics product technical inquiries and discussion from customer and all stakeholders (FSE, TPMs).
5. Understand and follow drive software management and sustaining process, manage software upgrade changes and qualification.
6. Corporate with drive suppliers to manage design qualification, work closely with them to comply development process control, challenge supplier for their design.
1. Bachelor and/or Master in control engineering, automation, power electronics, or a similar education combined with a technical background, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
2. Fluent and comprehensive English skills is a must, both with written and oral.
3. Able to work in a cross cultural and multi national environment.
4. System analysis and design skills is a plus. Experiences with compressor control system design, specification, programming testing is preferred.
5. Team work, leadership, taking responsibility, rigorousness, innovative assertiveness while making proposals and discussion for decision making is a must.
6. Strong problem solving skills in multi-physics world is a must.Practical and creative in problem thinking.
