To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Lead BizOps Engineer in Mastercard Setting Program in Pune location.
Role & Responsibilities:
- \tSupport the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments
through validation and operational gating, and lead Mastercard in DevOps automation and
best practices.
- \tSupport services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting,
capacity planning and launch reviews and maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
- \tScale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by
pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
- \tMinimizes application development costs by providing guidance and leadership to
application development teams and ensuring sound execution throughout the system
development life cycle.
- \tEngage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design,
through deployment, operation and refinement.
- \tAnalyse ITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.
- \tMust have strong hands-on experience in configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible), CI/CD tools and Scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Shell etc.).
- \tMust have sound knowledge of supporting java-based applications running on PCF, AWS, or any similar cloud platform and must have exposure to monitoring tools (like Splunk & Dynatrace.). Must have strong SQL knowledge and with exposure working on Oracle or Postgres Database. Good to have some knowledge of supporting applications using any messaging platform (Axon, Broker, Kafka etc.)

- \tPractice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems.
-\tFast Troubleshooting skills needed.
-\tStrong ITSM knowledge is preferred.
-\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills is preferred.
-\tShould be a fast learner and motivated with the ability to work independently.
