Reports to: Manager, FP&A

As a Lead, FP&A, your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for analyzing the current and forecast results for GLOBAL SSC, assisting management in the preparation, review and analysis of annual and periodic budgets.Prepare and provide financial information for internal and external audits, ensuring that the information is accurate and timely.Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts in a timely manner to ensure that they comply with internal control policies.Provide advice related to daily entries as necessary ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.Perform the analysis of accounts and other projects as requested by internal clients and the Manager.Interact with and support team members, participate in problem solving and team activitiesWork on special projects required by the business units.Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both in the SCC and in the business units.Have been involved in the preparation of budgets and administrative expenses and in general in previous experiences.

Qualified candidates will have:

Intermediate-Advanced EnglishUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, AdministrationAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPointExperience with Power BI or Tableau is a plusIdeally experience in SAP, SAP BW and SAP BPCMore than 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, reports, budgets, accounting, audits; ideally in a multinational environment and public companiesAbility to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to facilitate communication and solve business needsAnalytical, organizational and problem solving skillsVerbal and written communication skillsProvable ability to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to meet established deadlinesAbility to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities
