**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.** **Position Summary** + This newly createdpositionwill serve as a key thought partner on the Traffic and Digital Engagement Team within our Digital Performance Marketing organization, responsible for sourcing, identifying, trending, and storytelling using large and disparate data sets across the AT&T digital experience + Responsible for supporting a seamless and engaging digital customer journey, specifically focusing on upper funnel customer experience analyticsand signals + The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and e-commerce optimization **Position Responsibilities** + Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. + Conduct thorough business analysis to identify key performance indicators and metrics that drive business success. + Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies. + Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. + Collaborate with analytics teams and business teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. + Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys and improve progression from the upper funnel experiences, ultimately improvingperformance and driving digital sales growth across AT&T’s ecosystem. + Apply advanced analytical skills to gain insights into business and model performance, clearly presenting results across varying levels of partners and stakeholders in support of strategic decision making. + Partner closely with Digital, Product, and Analytic teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities. + Influence decisions made by the team through the presentation of data-based insights. + Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving upper funnel strategies. + Partner with teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of modern data and modeling techniques. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s or advanced degree preferred) + 5-7 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce analytics, with a proven track record of measuring customer behavior, points of friction, and impact of growth strategies + Proven track record of measuring digital experiences across multiple platforms. + Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, digital tools, and best practices. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization. + Expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize digital experiences. + Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Fullstoryor similar platforms. + Understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. + Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform design and strategy. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders. + Data-driven decision maker who can derive actionable insights from complex data sets. + Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally. **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Time Type:** Regular **Location:** Dallas, Texas **Salary Range:** $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 It is the policy of AT&T to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
