Title: LCV EUCOM Poland: Sr. HSE Specialist - Contingency Duties and Responsibilities: + Implement health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for employee and department safety. + Create incident reports and perform inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE. + Interact with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations. + Determine requisites for and organize audits of company operated properties. + Keep informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards. + Assist in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics. + Solve complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. + Use experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes. + Provide guidance to less experienced team members. + Utilize your knowledge of Company HSE programs, policies, procedures and processes, as well as working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements on a daily basis. + Develop and administer the HSE program to all levels of employees. + Conducts survey, evaluation and investigations. + Develop, upgrade, and manage HSE programs, including awards and recognition programs. + Support the activities of subordinates. + Maintain records, reports, and documents to meet company or regulatory requirements. + Produce and support HSE education and training programs. + Review, monitor, and evaluate HSE site program for value and effectiveness. Required Qualifications: + Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree or additional technical or vocational training is preferred. + Requires at least 4 years of directly related experience. + Must be fluent in English. + Must be able to travel to and work in austere environments. + Must have a valid Passport with at least 18 months of validity. + Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required. + Requires a valid driver's license.
