Land Acquisition Officer / Senior Officer Job ID 216973 Posted 22-Apr-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Sales/Brokerage, Transaction Management Location(s) Bangkok - Krung Thep Maha Nakhon - Thailand **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Meet and liaise with clients, conduct viewings, and provide guidance on the letting process, including advice on potential rental values of properties. + Prepare and progress letting particulars, and facilitate the process of lease registration. + Manage the registration process and prepare tenancy agreement contracts. + Represent clients in negotiations with prospective landlords. + Assist in the management and maintenance of the landlord database to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate. + Be proactive and demonstrate the ability to engage new landlords while retaining current ones. + Establish and maintain relationships with landlords. + Conduct location surveys on property availability and market prices. + Prepare proposals for new properties and submit them to clients for approval. + Review and update industry standards and competitive analyses. + Manage and deliver all real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of properties, renewal of leases, rent reviews, and property-related taxes. + Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and related teams to deliver new projects on time, ensuring compliance with company standards and terms. + Influence and work with the Program Manager and other support functions to align priorities. + Advise, guide, and suggest appropriate directions and approaches to junior team members. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. + 1-3 years of land acquisition experience or experience in related fields. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong negotiation skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to communicate and influence executive leadership with tact and humility. + Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai is required.
