**About the role:**
Under general supervision, you will be responsible for general lab maintenance, including lab gas monitoring and cylinder exchanges, consumables delivery and safety audits
As a CBRE LTS Technician, you will perform the daily solutions to ensure services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and timely manner. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You’ll Do:**
•Perform daily and long-range activities defined by the scope of business.
•Ensure prompt, flexible, customer-focused equipment support. Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, and engineering standards.
•Act as a point of contact for the client customer base within site laboratories to support the smooth running of service requests and service delivery.
•Recommend corrective action to change and ensure contract requirements are executed above the specified standards.
•Confirm supply of consumables is available.
•Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
•Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
•Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
•Provide a flexible and accurate service to enable the team to achieve key deliverables.
•Maintain systems to keep accurate records of all equipment-related faults. Support data-related initiatives such as contract renewal, asset replacement, etc.
•Attend client meetings to review ongoing performance, areas for continual improvement
**Other Tasks Include:**
•Daily:
oDry Ice refills
oDewar rounds (2 times a day) / Swap & refill
oQuartzy requests (Main stockroom supplies)
oJaggaer (RMM) requests
oSolvent restocks (in chemistry labs)
oCheck and perform footprint ticket requests
•Weekly
oEyewash stations audit
oPPE station refills
oOrder and receive dewars
oReturn and receive Dry Ice (Thursdays)
oDe-icing -80 freezers (6-month recurring schedule)
•Monthly
oEmergency showers audit
oFire extinguishers audit
**What You’ll Need:**
•High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
•Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
•Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
•Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
•Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
•Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lab Support Associate position is $60,000 annually (or $28.84 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Lab Support Associate is $70,200 annually [or $33.65 per hour] . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
