Job Summary: The Research & Development Entry Analyst is responsible for supporting the R&D team in the development and execution of research projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, assisting in the preparation of research reports, and providing support to senior analysts and supervisors. The Entry Analyst works closely with various departments to ensure that research objectives are met. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and participating in research meetings. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Entry: • Collect and organize data from various sources • Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated systems • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors Quality Assurance: • Conduct quality checks on data entered • Ensure adherence to data entry protocols and standards • Identify areas for improvement in data entry processes • Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties Research and Development Support: • Assist in the development and testing of new research tools and systems • Gather and analyze data to support research projects • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in research processes • Provide support for other research tasks as needed. Qualifications: • In the pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Basic understanding of research methodologies and principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
