Description and Requirements Responsible for the annual Budgeting and Quarterly targeting process.Includes working with the GM, Sales & Operation team to develop the financial process & measurements.Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial reporting and review decksEnsure timely, accuracy, quality of all financial reportsSupport monthly reviews with Management teamsDrive monthly reviews with the teamsProvide weekly, monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs. the targetsProvide explanation on key business drivers based on the business resultsProvide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholdersEnsure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisionsDrive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business modelsCollaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture
