Your New Role...
As a trusted Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences across EMEA. Embedded within our dynamic L&D team, you’ll partner with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to design and deliver innovative, inclusive, and data-driven development solutions that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment—bringing energy, creativity, and confidence to every interaction. From coaching leaders and facilitating learning to leading change and talent initiatives, you’ll help us build a culture of continuous development across our diverse markets.
Please note: This is a fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Work in close partnership with the L&D Director EMEA and the People & Culture (P&C) partners to adapt the EMEA strategy to the designated markets, design and deliver local or regional programs for those EMEA Markets and functions, including any ad hoc initiatives
Develop a close trusting relationship with leaders across the Markets and functions to understand development needs for employees and teams and proactively deliver effective learning solutions to support these needs either with trusted partners or facilitating directly in English or any local languages where needed (this is likely to include Italian and/or Spanish).
Market the global L&D offering to internal clients, refer individuals and teams to appropriate offerings for their teams.
OD, Change, Project Management & Delivery
Collaborate with Global and local stakeholders to manage large-scale change projects
Create engaging & inclusive learning materials and embrace blended learning techniques.
Design, develop and deliver innovative face-to face and virtual learning initiatives across the EMEA market and business.
Embrace blended styles of learning techniques including video, audio, self-paced or coaching to maximize impact, create efficiencies and re-purpose content.
Coaching
Design & deliver coaching journeys for teams and individual leaders - sometimes in partnership with external vendors
Coach and guide P&C partners in the team on how best to support the business with their L&OD needs
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
Partner closely with P&C Partners on creating innovative development opportunities for Top Talents.
Support custom activities and initiatives stemming from our engagement survey results. This would include conducting listening sessions or focus groups in local markets.
Other Operational Responsibilities:
Evaluate program success and prepare reports on attendance, feedback, and impact. You will be expected to create custom dashboards and present quarterly impact analysis to local and regional business leaders.
Manage logistics for scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance for global programs in close partnership with our L&D specialists and Coordinator.
Align all initiatives to the overall EMEA Strategy in close collaboration with the EMEA LL&OD Lead.
Qualification & Experience...
Proven experience in a corporate learning environment.
Strong data driven mindset and comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
Experience in facilitation and instructional design.
Great presentation and facilitation skills - both virtually and in-person.
Certification in DiSC, Insights or another psychometric tool.
Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects.
The ability to work independently, collaboratively and lead multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to partner effectively across different business teams, global locations and with external partners.
Passionate about embedding a DEI lens to everything we do.
Experience working in a global organization or within a media environment would be an advantage.
