Areas of responsibilities (What)

Impact on Business:

Review/update KYC profiles for sign off in accordance with the policy, KYC ID Matrix, regulatory requirements and sign off authorityEnsure Ayvens is compliant with relevant regulation and Group policy. To achieve this by reviewing and updating KYC profiles and undertaking necessary due diligence.High Quality output is expected with minimal or no rework.Volume targets as defined for KYC/CDD process considering the standard processing times for the role.Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline KYC procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce turnaround times.Develop, maintain, and update detailed desktop procedures (DTP) for all KYC processes in the service center, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and easy to follow.Regularly review desktop procedures and process flows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.Act as a point of contact for KYC-related knowledge transfer between regional teams and the service center.

Other Responsibilities:Perform risk assessments on clients’ profiles based on the findings and determine course of actioNRecommend and undertake further due diligence where required in close cooperation with relevant stakeholdersWork closely with the Quality Control Specialists and Team Leader to ensure timely completion of profiles and prioritize workload to meet the daily and weekly objectivesShare knowledge, best practice and experience with colleagues and other membersMaintain core standards of behavior at all times

Stakeholder Management:

Perform research via internal and external sources, gather and analyze documentation in accordance with internal requirementsPerform screening activities to ensure that Ayvens doesn’t have business with unwanted partners in terms of financial crimesReview and update KYC profiles during periodic reviews in compliance with all relevant AML/CTF regulations and company policyProvide comments and escalate if neededEnsure KYC due diligence reviews are undertaken to the required quality and detail on a timely basisEnsure documents are properly documented in the system.

Personal characteristics:

Education & experience:

University degree/diploma (e.g. in Law, Economics etc)Knowledge of MS Office suiteExperience in the Finance and Banking industry environment is a plus
