Junior Sales Process Specialist
+ This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in the office. + Sales Support Specialist (AHL Canada) + Customer Engagement: Proactively resolve customer inquiries via phone and electronic communication, ensuring a seamless experience. + Sales Support: Assist our sales professionals with inquiry follow-up, quote generation, case development, and order processing. + Certification Coordination: Manage pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers meet TIC certification requirements and adhere to product/service adoption timelines. + Independent Work: Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools, with minimal supervision. Handle complex assignments independently. + Order Processing: Convert quotes into orders and process them using ERP systems. + Team Collaboration: Support account managers and SE/ISEs with administrative tasks and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues. + Customer Connection: Facilitate connections between customers and appropriate UL personnel, including account managers, delivery teams, and engineers. + Data Management: Track account history and provide data to account owners to enhance account knowledge and identify opportunities. + Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure clear communication and desired outcomes. + Strategic Input: Provide insights to account managers or SE/ISEs to inform sales strategies based on customer relationships and needs. + Network Building: Develop an internal UL problem-solving network and engage proactively to anticipate issues, improve delivery, and enhance customer experience. + Timely Execution: Meet established timelines for all pre- and post-sales activities. + College Degree - Business, Science, Engineering preferred + 1+ years of related experience + English proficiency required. + French proficiency preferred + Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes + Experience managing internal systems and data sources + Strong communication and administrative skills + Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software #LI-PH1 #Hybrid A global leader in applied safety science, UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS) transforms safety, security and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 110 countries.
