It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **What you will do: ** + Participating in developing long term strategy;  + Annual Operational Marketing Plan participating in developing and execution;  + Develop and achieve product, pricing, promotion and shelving objectives by brand and category according to assigned marketing budget;  + Participating in planning and carry out product launches;  + Manage forecasting process according to market trends;  + Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market;  + Create and manage programs to generate demand for the product;  + Develop the collateral and marketing tools that support the selling process;  + Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why;  + Manage marketing investments within company policy guidelines;  + Develop POS materials according to business needs;  + Closely cooperating with Sales department, Finance & Counting, Data Management department, Forecasting, and Logistic department.      **Qualification requirements: ** + University degree;  + Minimum 2 years of product management or trade marketing;  + Demonstrated success defining, adopting and launching new products;  + Project management;  + A broad knowledge of product and brand marketing;  + English advanced;  + Proficiency in all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 365)  BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
