Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee day-to-day operations of the Content Management System (e.g., Sitecore, Embraco). + Act as a bridge between local clients and technical team in China, translating business requirements into detailed action plans for developers. + Conduct first level of content-related issues troubleshooting and coordinate fixes with technical team in China. + Oversee the quality of work and perform checks before delivering to clients. + Maintain good working relationships with clients and vendors. + Manage client delivery expectations. + Ensure timely publishing of updates, campaigns, and news on web platforms. + Prepare project progress reports and update both clients and internal management on project status. **Requirements:** + Degree in any field. + Minimum of 1 year working experience. + Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing). The candidate must be able to communicate with the China-based team via phone and WeChat in Mandarin. + Proficient in Malay and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
